Hi I am, Douglas! My foray into the fitness world began unexpectedly at the tender age of twelve. A budding sports enthusiast, I was captivated by the allure of enhanced performance, the exhilaration of becoming faster, stronger, more agile. Like a moth drawn to a flame, I yearned to master the athletic prowess that seemed to define the very essence of a top-notch sportsman.
However, as the years rolled by, my relationship with fitness deepened and evolved. No longer was it just about the adrenaline-filled matches and the heart-thumping races. It transcended the realm of athletic superiority and morphed into a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
Gazing into the mirror, I craved a transformation – not just in my abilities as an athlete, but also in my appearance.
